There are three types of swimming pools tarpaulins:

- summer tarpaulin, isothermal, floating
It is manufactured of a thermo insulating polyester and it floats on the swimming pool water. It is rewinded easily on an aluminum rewinder with handle.

It is meant to prevent the water cooling during the night, ensuring a plus of 3-5 degrees. At the same time it prevents the swimming pool contamination with leaves, dust, pollen, etc.

- winter tarpaulin
It is manufactured of a resistant material resembling the lorry canvas. It is set up with elastically fixing and it is meant to protect the pool during the winter.

- safety tarpaulin
It is a resistant tarpaulin, sustaining on the foreshore and it is transversally reinforced with aluminum tubing from one side to another. At the end the "blocking" of the tarpaulin is ensured, so that a child could tread safely on it. The unfolding and the rewinding of the tarpaulin are ensured by a mechanical device. It is useful for maintaining the water clean and warm. It cannot be used as winter tarpaulin.
